BRIEF DESCRIPTION = Information from the study team:
The study team are interested in recruiting small (10-49 employees) and medium (50-249 employees) sized organisations and plans to recruit staff from sites across all roles and levels of seniority.
They are particularly interested in including staff with long-term health conditions or disabilities, although a formal diagnosis is not required. They would not expect sites to specifically target this group. Instead, we would ask that the study be promoted widely to all staff.
Managers and wider employer stakeholders (e.g., HR staff, Occupational Health professionals, senior managers) are also welcome to take part, regardless of whether they currently manage or work with someone with a long-term condition or disability. We recognise that not all employees will have formally disclosed this information to their employer.
A summary overview is below with further information on the research aims, design and methods, inclusion and exclusion criteria and how to express an interest in taking part.
